Security Guards

Part-time/Two Openings @ 24 hr/week; 19 hr/week

Two Part Time Security Guards needed to join our Security Team.  Duties include patrolling the Museum to prevent theft, damage and injuries, monitoring and reporting any security or safety irregularities, and providing information to visitors.  The ideal candidates will have a professional appearance and effective communication and customer service skills.  Some security or law enforcement experience preferred.  High school diploma or GED required.  Both positions are part time status, may provide approximately 24 hours per week or 19 hours or less per week, with a schedule that may include some weekends, holidays, and events.

• Part Time at 24 hours per week is eligible for partial benefits including PTO, holiday pay and 403b eligibility
• Part Time at 19 hours or less per week is not eligible for benefits but will receive 24 hours paid sick leave.
• Compensation:  $12.00/hour
• Successful Background Check is required.
