Celebrate the opening of Going Global: Abstract Art at Mid-Century at the Member Preview Day. Enjoy the newly-installed galleries, as well as a fun lineup of activities, music, prizes, and refreshments. • Discover Highlights of the Permanent Collection with docent tours at 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, and 2:30 pm. Sign up at State Street check-in 30 minutes prior to each tour; first come.
• Live music on the Front Terrace:
  • 11 am – 2 pm: SBCC New World Quintet
  • 3 – 5 pm: Val Mar Records
• Bring the family from 12:30 – 4:30 pm to the Family Resource Center for art projects inspired by Jesus Rafael Soto’s Homenaje al humano from the Going Global exhibition.
• Receive a special one-day 20% discount when you make a purchase from the Museum Store on June 18.
• Enter to win one of several prizes from the Museum Store. Winners will be drawn at 5 pm and need not be present.
