This 12–week series of adult ceramic classes is inspired by the exhibition Valeska Soares: Any Moment Now. This program introduces participants to both sculptural and functional techniques of ceramics through hand building, throwing on the wheel, surface decoration, and glazing techniques. Suitable for beginners, the classes include both small group instruction and individual attention. Course includes all materials, firings, and a docent-led tour of the Museum.
