Mission
The Museum Collectors Council (MCC) supports the Santa Barbara Museum of Art’s mission of integrating art into the lives of people. MCC brings together both novice and experienced collectors to enjoy activities and events throughout the year, both inside and outside of the Museum. MCC supports Museum programs through an annual donation generated by membership dues and proceeds from events.
About
MCC members explore art and the art of collecting through fun and thought-provoking events. Experience a variety of art collections, collectors, artists, and art making settings to exercise your curiosity and stretch your horizons in appreciating the creative process. Enjoy artist and collective studio tours; art making; film screenings; and exclusive tours of private collections, museum installations, and exhibitions. MCC members learn more about other Museum activities, such as the Docent Program and Curatorial Support Groups.
Join
